Thin Crust Pizza Pan
Thin crust style aluminium pans are made without a rolled edge so dough can be placed over the pan and then cut off. Suitable for use in both conveyer and deck ovens.
We recommend that your "season" all of your pizza pans (except non stick) as this creates a patina effect that becomes stick resistant. "Black Iron" pans should be seasoned before use. To season: wash in warm soapy water and quickly dry. Wipe a small amount of cooking oil on all surfaces and bake until the oil has burnt on to the pan. Wipe all excess oil from the pan.
